Details
Patient had previously broken her nose and had significant breathing problems. She also had rhinitis. Examination revealed a deviated nasal septum, extreme laxity of her nostrils and sidewalls and significant asymmetries throughout the nose. She also had a sinus variant called “conchae bullosae”. Most importantly there was a significant improvement in nasal breathing and complete resolution of her headaches. Post-operative photos taken at approximately 12 months following surgery.
