34 year old man with both breathing and cosmetic nasal concerns. The nose had previous had Aquamid filler in the infra-tip area, the columella and nasal base. A septorhinoplasty and turbinoplasties procedure was performed. All filler was removed. The infra-tip lobule was re-shaped, the dorsal hump was slightly lowered and the breathing issues were corrected. Post-operative photos taken at approximately 12 months following surgery.
