21 year old patient with longstanding nasal obstruction. A functional septorhinoplasty with turbinoplasties procedure was performed. The nasal dorsum was contoured slightly. Photos taken at approx. 5 weeks after surgery show some residual swelling throughout the nose that will settle in the coming few months. Results vary from person to person.
