21 year old patient with a history of nasal obstruction, hay fever and a crooked nose. A septorhinoplasty with turbinoplasties was performed. The main aim was to improve breathing. The patient noticed a marked improvement in breathing. Post-operative photos taken at approximately 12 months following surgery.
