23 year old patient before and 12 months after septoplasty and rhinoplasty. Patient with significant breathing problems and recurrent sinus infections. The nasal tip was deconstructed then reconstructed. The mid third was reconstructed with spreader flaps. All surgery performed by Dr Jason Roth (MED0001185485), Otolaryngology head and neck surgeon, Sydney. Results vary from person to person. Cosmetic surgery is a serious decision.
