26 year old patient before and 18 months after a septorhinoplasty with turbinoplasties. An open approach septorhinoplasty was performed. Ethmoid bone and septal cartilage was used to straighten the midthird and create a septal extension graft. The nasal tip asymmetry and shape could then be altered. The nose was deprojected and the dorsal height lowered. Inferior turbinoplasties were performed to improve breathing.
