24 year old lady requesting a conservative reduction in the width of her nostrils. She was otherwise happy with the appearance of her nose and had no issues with breathing. An alar base reduction procedure was performed. Skin from the nostril was removed with the scars carefully hidden inside the nose and in the crease where the nose joins the face. The post-operative photos were taken approximately 4 weeks after surgery. Results vary from person to person.
