58 year old lady before and after deep plane facelift, necklift and browlift. There was a significant volume shift from the lower face up into the midface. This helped to change the face to a more “heart shaped” rather than rectangular appearance. Note the change in the low hanging neck skin and muscle. Results vary from person to person.
