The patient had a rhinoplasty (open approach) to address a deviated bony vault and slight narrowing of the middle third. Spreader grafts used to add support and contour. Post-operative photos taken at approximately 12 months following surgery, are published with consent by our patients. Please note comments have been tuned off for all clinical before/after images as per AHPRA guidelines.
