28 year old patient before and 12 months after a reconstructive rhinoplasty with rib cartilage as well as conservative otoplasties. Patient with a severely collapsed nose from sporting injuries. Severe breathing difficulties. Post-operative photos taken at approximately 12 months following surgery. Results vary from person to person.
