33 year old patient requested a subtle decrease in the size of his nose while maintaining breathing and function. The nose was slightly deprojected and the dorsal hump reduced slightly. Results vary from person to person. Post-operative photos taken at approximately 6 months following surgery. Cosmetic surgery is a serious decision.
