#6233 - Female Rhinoplasty

Details

25 year old patient before and 12 months after an open approach rhinoplasty. The bony and cartilaginous elements of the nose were narrowed. The surgery included osteotomies to narrow the bony vault as well as an alar base reduction and tip refinement sutures. A small onlay graft was also placed on the tip.
