22 year old lady seeking a rhinoplasty to improve breathing, slightly narrow her nose, remove the dorsal hump and address some small asymmetries. Conservative changes were planned. The post-operative photos show an improvement in symmetry, better tip shape and a narrow mid-third. Her breathing was significantly improved as well.
