19 year old patient presented with a nose which had been deviated off the midline and was now asymmetrical following trauma. She also had significant breathing problems and snored loudly. A septorhinoplasty with turbinoplasties procedure was planned to improve breathing. There was a significant improvement in breathing, snoring and sleep quality.
