35 year old patient before and 12 months after a septorhinoplasty with turbinoplasties. The upper 2/3 of the nose was reshaped. The nasal tip was supported with a columella strut but the shape was unchanged. All surgery performed by Dr Jason Roth (MED0001185485), Otolaryngology head and neck surgeon, Sydney.
