28 year old patient ho presented for a rhinoplasty. She had no pre-existing breathing issues or sinus issues. The patient request tip elevation, a decreased dorsal hump and slight refinement of the nasal tip. There will be further tip refinement in the coming 9 months as the remainder of any swelling in the midthird and tip resolves. Results vary from person to person.
