Details

30 year old patient with significant breathing problems requested a combined functional and cosmetic septorhinoplasty procedure. He also had a history of recurrent and frequent sinus infections. His nasal obstruction was to a large degree caused by nasal valve collapse. Post-operative results show appropriate nasal aesthetics. Lateral nasal sidewall instability has been reduced. Results vary from person to person. Post-operative photos taken at approximately 12 months following surgery. Cosmetic surgery is a serious decision.
