58 year old lady who presented for consideration of a facelift, neck lift and revision of some scar bands adjacent to her eyes from a prior blepharoplasty. She underwent a deep plane facelift, necklift including a platysmaplasty, browlift and revision of her scars around her lower eyelids. The post-operative photographs were taken just over 3 months following her surgery. Please note changes in the face, jawline, wrinkles, neck and scars. Some scars are still visible as faint red lines. Over the next few months, these will fade to very faint white or skin coloured lines.
