34 year old man hit in the face by a surfboard. He then had significant problems breathing through his nose and started snoring. He underwent a septorhinoplasty and turbinoplasties procedure. Extended spreader grafts, a caudal septal extension graft and osteotomies were performed with a great result. The result was a correction of the crookedness of the nose. His breathing was mproved with an improvement in snoring. Post-operative photos taken at approximately 12 months following surgery. Results vary from person to person.
