28 year old patient with severe obstructive sleep apnoea, chronic rhinosinusitis with polyps, a deviated nasal septum and large tonsils. A combined functional and cosmetic septorhinoplasty procedure with endoscopic sinus surgery and a tonsillectomy was performed. Post-operatively the patient had complete resolution of his snoring, sleep apnoea and sinus issues. Post-operative photos taken at approximately 12 months following surgery.
