29 year old patient with a deviated nasal septum. He has previously broken his nose on a number of occasions playing sport. The post-operative results show a decrease in the size of the infra-tip lobule when viewing the patient from in front. This has also translated into less plunging when smiling. There is also a lowered dorsal line when viewed from the side. Post-operative photos taken at approximately 12 months following surgery. Results vary from person to person.
