#6516 - Male Rhinoplasty

18 year old patient with a saddle nose deformity resulting from a series of injuries that occurred to the nose while playing rugby. The collapse of the mid third of the nose was causing severe nasal obstruction. Post-operative results after a septorhinoplasty with turbinoplasties show a strong, straight nasal dorsum. The patient reported complete resolution of breathing issues. Results vary from person to person. Post-operative photos taken at approximately 12 months following surgery.
