24 year old male before and 12 months after a septorhinoplasty with bilateral turbinoplasties. Patient with a fractured nose from sport. He had developed significant breathing problems and difficulty sleeping. A closed approach septorhinoplasty with bilateral turbinoplasties was performed. The nasal septum and turbinates were corrected to improve breathing. Results vary from person to person.
