33 year old man with significant nasal obstruction related to multiple episodes of facial trauma from martial arts. A septorhinoplasty with turbinoplasties was performed. Post-operatively the patient was pleased with the improvement in his breathing, sleeping, snoring, exercise and the overall appearance of the nose. Post-operative photos taken at approximately 12 months following surgery. All surgery performed by Dr Jason Roth (MED0001185485), Otolaryngology head and neck surgeon, Sydney.
