58 year old patient before and 12 months after a revision rhinoplasty procedure combined with a facelift and neck lift. The revision rhinoplasty procedure involved removing a number of implants from the nose and then reconstructing it using the patient’s own rib cartilage. The nose was lengthened, deprojected and the symmetry addressed. All implants were removed. The patient also underwent a deep plane facelift and necklift. Post-operative photos taken at approximately 12 months following surgery. Results vary from person to person.
