41 year old patient before and 12 months after a septorhinoplasty and turbinoplasties. Patient presented for a revision rhinoplasty after x3 previous rhinoplasties done elsewhere. A septorhinoplasty and turbinoplasties was carefully planned and performed. Her post-operative result shows a repaired upper third, lowering of the nostrils and a slightly longer.
