60 year old gentleman with progressive rosacea and rhinophyma. 4 previous laser skin treatments had offered only limited improvement in skin thickness and quality. A single rhinophyma shaving procedure was performed. These early post-operative photos show a significant reduction in skin thickness and an improvement in the smoothness of the skin
