37 year old lady who sustained an injury to the bridge of her nose at work. A large bony lump developed. There was also collapse of the middle cartilaginous part of the nose due to the crush injury. After repair the bony hump has been lowered and the middle third of the nose reconstructed. Post-operative photos taken at approximately 12 months following surgery, are published with consent by our patients.
