#6496 - Female Rhinoplasty
Details
This delightful lady had previously broken her nose and had significant breathing problems. She also had rhinitis. Examination revealed a deviated nasal septum, extreme laxity of her nostrils and sidewalls and significant asymmetries throughout the nose. She also had a sinus variant called “conchae bullosae”. Post-operative result shows better symmetry and aesthetics. Most importantly there was a significant improvement in nasal breathing and complete resolution of her headaches.
