#7738 - Female Rhinoplasty
Details
24 year old lady with significant breathing problems who requested her dorsal hump to be removed. She also wished for her nasal tip to remain exactly the same shape but to be repositioned with more upward rotation. Her post-operative photos at 3 months show that from the front her nose has remained (as requested) almost identical. Her three quarter and profile views show the change in the tip position and the reduction in the dorsal height. The patient was very pleased with both the change in the external appearance as well as the improvement in her breathing. She can expect some further swelling with the nose to go down over the next 9 months. This will further improve the appearance. Results vary from person to person. Cosmetic surgery is a serious decision. More information about the risks and recovery of each procedure is available on our website. All surgery performed by Dr Jason Roth (MED0001185485), Otolaryngology head and neck surgeon, Sydney.
