33 year old patient before and 12 months after a septorhinoplasty and endoscopic sinus surgery . Patient with a history of hay fever, multiple breaks to her nose and nasal breathing difficulties. She hoped for her breathing to be improved. Breathing was markedly improved. All surgery performed by Dr Jason Roth (MED0001185485), Otolaryngology head and neck surgeon, Sydney.
