#7768 - Female Rhinoplasty

Details

27 year old patient before and after a septorhinoplasty with turbinoplasties. Patient with a history of nasal breathing difficulties, a deviated nasal septum, dorsal hump and large nasal tip cartilages. Two spreader grafts, a septal extension graft, and two articulated alar rim grafts. The dorsal height was lowered and the breathing spaces enlarged. Post-operative photos taken at approximately 12 months following surgery. All surgery performed by Dr Jason Roth (MED0001185485), Otolaryngology head and neck surgeon, Sydney.
