Face & Neck Surgery Procedures
Dr Jason Roth (MED0001185485) — Specialist Otolaryngologist & Head and Neck Surgeon, specialist registration in Otorhinolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery.
All cosmetic surgery involves risks and individual results vary. Cosmetic surgery is a serious decision. The information on this page is intended to be informative. Decisions about whether to proceed with any procedure should be made after careful consideration and consultation with a qualified medical practitioner.
Dr Roth is a Specialist Otolaryngologist and Head and Neck Surgeon with subspecialty fellowship training in facial plastic surgery. His practice is focused exclusively on surgery of the face, nose, neck, and ears — a concentrated scope that, combined with high procedural volume, allows him to develop and maintain significant expertise in each area.
The procedures listed on this page cover the full range of facial surgical services offered. Each procedure is assessed individually — the most appropriate approach depends on your anatomy, concerns, and goals, and is determined through a thorough consultation process.

Dr Roth’s Clinical Perspective
Patients navigating facial surgery options are often presented with a confusing range of procedures, techniques, and practitioners. My approach is to be direct about what each procedure can and cannot achieve, and to be honest when a patient’s expectations exceed what surgery can deliver. The most common consultation I have is not persuading someone to have surgery — it is helping someone understand which surgery is right for their specific concerns and anatomy, and setting expectations that will lead to satisfaction rather than disappointment. That conversation takes time, which is why consultations here are 45 to 90 minutes.
