Dr Roth’s Clinical Perspective
The range of procedures on this page reflects a practice organised around the nose, face, neck, and ears — not the full breadth of surgery. That focus is deliberate. A surgeon who performs a large volume of a narrow range of procedures develops and maintains expertise that a generalist cannot, because the volume of anatomical variation encountered, the range of complications managed, and the depth of technical experience accumulated are all functions of how many of a specific procedure you have done. That is what the scope of this practice is organised around.
